4 Mars Bars, each cut up into 4 pieces
½ cup Butter or Margarine
3 cups Rice Krispies
Topping:
1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
¼ cup Butter or Margarine
Heat Mars bars and butter together in a saucepan, stirring often, until melted. Remove from heat. Add Rice Krispies. Stir to coat all cereal. Press in a greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Topping: Combine chocolate chips and butter in small saucepan over low heat, stirring often until smooth. Spread over all. Cool. Cut into squares.

1 Romaine Head into bite size pieces
1 chopped Tomato
1 chopped Onion
1 chopped Green Pepper
1 chopped Red Pepper
1 lb cooked Beef cooked in Taco Seasoning
1 small bag Zesty Cheese Doritos
1 ½ cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
Mix altogether. Before serving add dressing of your choice. Tastes good with ranch, or three cheese ranch.

Dough: 1 cup Oil
3 cups Flour
1 cup hot Water
1 tbsp Salt
Keep adding ingredients until you have the right consistency of a soft dough.
Filling: 2 cups grated old Cheddar Cheese
5 large boiled Potatoes
2 tbsp Salt
1 large Onion, chopped finely
Add all ingredients into mashed potatoes while they are still hot so the cheese will all melt together. Put 1-2 teaspoons of filling onto rolled out dough that was cut into circles by a medium cup or cookie cutter. Seal edge so that it has the half moon shape.

⅔ pot boiling Water
1 cup Onion Soup Mix
Spice ball holding Bay Leaves and Pepper Grinds
1 tin Tomato Vegetable Soup
1 package of Mixed Vegetables
1 Celery Stalk
2-3 cubed Potatoes
Handful of cooked Hamburger
Can of Kidney Beans (optional)
½ cup Ketchup
Boil altogether till hot. Right before serving add 1 cup of cream.

1/2 large Onion, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons Butter
4 cups chopped cooked Chicken
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Milk
1 cup mild shredded Cheddar Cheese
6-8 frozen Biscuits, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease 11 by 7 inch baking dish. Chop the onion and sauté it in the butter until tender. Combine onion, cooked chicken, sour cream, soup and milk in medium bowl and mix well. Spoon mixture into baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle baked layer with most of cheese. Arrange biscuits on top and then add the rest of the cheese. Bake until biscuits are golden brown and the sauce is bubbly, about 20 minutes longer.

4 oz Mushrooms (optional)
1 can Green Chilies
1 cup Sour Cream
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 teaspoon ground Cumin
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
Combine chicken. Wrap in with grated cheddar in tortillas. Sprinkle grated cheese on top or wrapped tortillas and bake in oven for 5-10 minutes in a shallow rectangular dish.

Boil cubed chicken in 4 C water and
1 Package Chicken soup base. Then add:
3 chopped Carrots
2 chopped Onions
½ pound Mushrooms
2 stalks Celery
1 cup frozen Peas
3 tablespoons Butter
5 tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
½ cup Whipping Cream
Pour everything in a baking dish. Make pastry to cover. Cook for 1 hr or till vegetables are tender.

85 gram package Jell-O
2 cups boiling Water
2 cups cold Water
Sugar, to taste
Combine first 3 ingredients together and stir to dissolve. Add cold water and sugar to taste. Makes 16 popsicles.

½ cup Oil
½ cup White Sugar
1 beaten Egg
1 cup Molasses
2 ½ cup Flour
1 ½ tsp Baking Soda
2 heaping tsp Ginger
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Cinnamon
pinch of Cloves
1 cup boiling Water
Cream sugar and shortening together. Add beaten egg and molasses. Stir dry ingredients together and stir into egg mixture. Add boiling water. Bake in oven for 35 min.
Sauce:
½ Sugar
1 tsp Flour
1 cup boiling Water
2 tsp Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Nutmeg
Combine sugar, flour and salt in pan and add boiling water gradually. Stir till slightly thickened. Pour warm frosting over the cake.

1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
8 Flour or Corn Tortillas - cut into 1/2 inch strips.
2 cups Shredded Chicken or Turkey
1 1/3 cups Salsa or Green Sauce
2 cups shredded Mozza or Chilhuahua Cheese
Heat oil and cook tortilla strips until light brown. Drain.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Layer the following in a casserole dish:
Half of the torilla strips, top with chicken, half the salsa, and one cup cheese.
Press layers down and repeat layer pattern
Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted or golden brown.

In mixing bowl combine:
2 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
In a saucepan, bring to a boil:
½ cup Margarine
½ cup Shortening
1 cup Water or Strong Coffee
¼ cup Cocoa
Then stir into flour mixture.
Also add:
½ cup Buttermilk
2 Eggs
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vanilla
Pour into greased 11" x 17" pan. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
Frosting:
½ cup Butter
2 tbsp Cocoa
¼ cup Milk
3 ½ cup Icing Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
Heat first 3 ingredients to a boil, stirring often. Add icing sugar, mix until smooth. Pour warm frosting over brownies.

1 cup Butter
1 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup Sugar
2/3 cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 cups Flour
1 cup Oats
2 tsp Baking Soa
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 cup EACH milk chocolate, semi-sweet, peanut butter, butterscotch & white Chocolate Chips
In a mixing bowl, cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in chips. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 1 minute before removing to wire racks.

1 1/2 cups rolled Oats
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Butter (softened)
1/8 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 cups Flour
Mix all of the above ingredients together well. Press half of the mixture into an 8 x 8 pan.
Filling:
1/2lb dates
1 cup water
Cook dates & water until mushy & smooth. Cool.
Put filling on top of crust and then put the other half of the oats mixture on top. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.

1/2 a bag of frozen cubed Hashbrowns
1 can Mushroom Soup
3/4 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup chopped Onions
1 cup shredded Cheese
1 can Creamed Corn
Salt & Pepper
Mix all the ingredients together and bake for approx 1 hour @ 350. I usually serve it with baked sausage, chicken fingers, or fish.

1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
Garlic Salt or Garlic Seasoning
1-2 Tbsp Parmesean Cheese
1 pkg Chicken Tenders or Sliced Chicken Breasts (raw)
1 pkg uncooked Manicotti Shells
2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Chopped Fresh Basil (optional)
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spread 1/2 the jar of spaghetti sauce in ungreased casserole dish. Toss raw chicken pieces in garlic salt/seasoning and parmesean cheese. Insert chicken into manicotti shells, stuffing from both ends if necessary. Place shells on spaghetti sauce in dish. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce evenly over shells. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake for about 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with basil.

1 bag frozen Perogies
1 can Mushroom Soup
½ cup Milk
3 tbsp melted Butter
1 chopped Onion
Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Line dish with perogies. Mix mushroom soup, milk, melted butter and onions. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake covered until cheese is melted and a fork stuck into the middle comes out easily.

1 10 oz package fresh spinach, trimmed
¾ cup dried cranberries
2 green onions, chopped
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp dried minced onion
¾ tsp poppy seeds
1/8 tsp paprika
3 Tbsp vinegar
¼ cup oil
¾ cup sliced almonds, toasted
Toss spinach, cranberries and green onions. In a small bowl, combine sugar, onion, poppy seeds and paprika; whisk the vinegar and oil and add. Drizzle over salad. Sprinkle almonds and toss to coat.

4 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
3 cups fresh or frozen Raspberries or Blueberries
4 Eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups Sour Cream
1 cup Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Vanilla
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add berries and toss gently. Combine eggs, sour cream, oil and vanilla; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients, just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400'F for 20-25 minutes, or until muffins test done. This is a big recipe, so be prepared for a lot of muffins.

20 Jumbo Shells, cook according to package directions
1 pkg (300 grams) Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed & drained
1 500g container Cottage Cheese
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 Egg, beaten
Salt & Pepper, to taste
1 jar Pasta Sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine spinach, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, salt & pepper. Spread half of the pasta sauce into a 13" x 9" baking dish. Fill shells with spinach-cheese mixture and place on sauce in dish. Cover with remaining sauce. (I sprinkle a mixture of cheddar & mozza cheese on top) Bake, covered, for 25-30 miutes or until hot. Serve with Garlic Toast.

1 cup Butter
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 pkg Soda Crackers
1 ½ pkg Chocolate Chips
Bring butter and brown sugar to a boil. Line a cookie sheet with greased tin foil and line with soda crackers in rows. Pour boiling mixture over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees until it boils (takes only a few minutes). Take out of oven and pour chocolate chips over top. Once they start melting, spread. Let cool, then cut and remove from foil.

Preheat oven to 325 and stir together:
4 tbsp Vinegar
1 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
4 tbsp Soya Sauce
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Lay boneless skinless chicken breasts in lightly oiled baking dish. Cover and bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle sauce over chicken. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Serve over steamed rice.

CRUST
½ cup Butter or hard Margarine
1 ½ cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
¼ cup Sugar
¼ cup Cocoa
Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in graham crumbs, sugar and cocoa. Set aside ½ cup of the loose crumbs. Press remaining crumbs in bottom and the sides of an ungreased 9” springform pan.
FILLING
1 pkg Cream Cheese, softened
11 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
2/3 cup Chocolate Syrup
1 tbsp instant Coffee Granules
1 tsp hot water
1 cup Whipping Cream (or 1 envelope topping, whipped)
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk and chocolate syrup. Dissolve coffee in hot water. Add to cheese mixture. Whip cream until stiff, fold into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Scatter reserved crumbs over top. Freeze. I drizzle chocolate sauce over the top of each piece just before I serve them just to make it look pretty! Serves 8.

BOTTOM LAYER
2 cups crushed Oreos
½ cup Butter or Margarine, melted
½ cup Sugar
½ gallon Coffee Crisp ice cream, softened
CHOCOLATE SAUCE
2 cups Icing Sugar
2/3 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1 can Evaporated Milk
½ cup Butter or Margarine
1 tsp Vanilla
TOPPING
1 carton of Cool Whip
½ cup crushed Oreos
Combine cookie crumbs, butter & sugar. Press into the bottom of an ungreased 13” x 9” x 2” baking pan. Freeze for 15 minutes.
Spread ice cream over crust; freeze until firm, about 3 hours. Meanwhile, combine the first four sauce ingredients in a saucepan; bring to boil. Boil for 8 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla; cool to room temperature. Spoon over ice cream. Freeze until firm.
Spread whipped topping over ice cream and sprinkle with cookie crumbs. Freeze for at least 3 hours before serving.

1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
1 pkg Taco Seasoning
1 can Refried Beans
10 Tortilla Shells
1 can Mushroom Soup
1 tin Green Chillies
1 cup Sour Cream
Fry ground beef with onions, drain. Add taco seasoning & can of refried beans and mix together well. Scoop mixture into tortilla shells (about 3 heaping scoops per shell) and roll up like a burrito. Put into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Mix together the mushroom soup, green chillies & sour cream. Pour mixture over roll-ups. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake covered @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is golden brown. Serve with salsa, sour cream, lettuce & tortilla chips.

1 cup Long Grain Rice, uncooked
3lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts or Chicken parts, skin removed
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 2/3 cups Water
1 - 42g envelope of dry Onion Soup Mix
1 tsp Paprika
Put rice into a 3 quart (3 litre) casserole dish. Lay chicken parts over top. In a medium bowl stir remaining 4 ingredients until mixed. Pour over chicken. Cover. Bake @ 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until rice and chicken are cooked. Serves 4-6.

2 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
1 tin Pork & Beans (mash with fork, if desired)
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Place add ingredients in crock pot. Cook 3-4 hours on high. Serves 8 - 10 people.
