1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 Egg, beaten

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine spinach, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, salt & pepper. Spread half of the pasta sauce into a 13" x 9" baking dish. Fill shells with spinach-cheese mixture and place on sauce in dish. Cover with remaining sauce. (I sprinkle a mixture of cheddar & mozza cheese on top) Bake, covered, for 25-30 miutes or until hot. Serve with Garlic Toast.

...just made this for supper last night. It takes NO time at all to make (my kind of recipe!), tastes like you spent hours making it and there are plenty of leftovers for the next day!!

i just made this tonight and it was delicious! i used cannelloni instead of the jumbo shells just because that's what i had on hand and it turned out great (although i baked it longer since the cannelloni wasn't precooked). really easy, i loved it :)

I made this last night, and well i didn't have all the ingredients and the co-op didn't have the shells so i too used cannelloni noodles instead; but it still tasted great. we almost finished off the entire pan. so i look forward to making it again with all the right ingredients.
