1 cup Long Grain Rice, uncooked
3lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts or Chicken parts, skin removed
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 2/3 cups Water
1 - 42g envelope of dry Onion Soup Mix
1 tsp Paprika

Put rice into a 3 quart (3 litre) casserole dish. Lay chicken parts over top. In a medium bowl stir remaining 4 ingredients until mixed. Pour over chicken. Cover. Bake @ 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until rice and chicken are cooked. Serves 4-6.

hmm I'm interested in the chicken bake I want to make it this week yet for supper. Wonder if it's awesome good? I love chicken recipes!

Dianna - WE like it :) And any recipe that has "simple" in the title and tastes good is definitley worth keeping around!!

Oh Yummy! I made this one last night and we loved it! I actually didn't have any paprika on hand - so I added 2 tbsp. of the herb and garlic dip mix from Epicure. I think this would also taste good using pork chops.
