1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
Garlic Salt or Garlic Seasoning
1-2 Tbsp Parmesean Cheese
1 pkg Chicken Tenders or Sliced Chicken Breasts (raw)
1 pkg uncooked Manicotti Shells
2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Chopped Fresh Basil (optional)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spread 1/2 the jar of spaghetti sauce in ungreased casserole dish. Toss raw chicken pieces in garlic salt/seasoning and parmesean cheese. Insert chicken into manicotti shells, stuffing from both ends if necessary. Place shells on spaghetti sauce in dish. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce evenly over shells. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake for about 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with basil.

Yum, this one sound's really good. I think I might just have to try it.

This is so yummy and easy. The best part is that it looks a lot harder than it is! My husband told me he would pay $18 for a meal like that in a restaurant :)

Sounds delicious -- I am going to try it. One question -- do you not need to pre-cook the shells before you bake it?

Nope - you stuff the pasta unbaked! We're talking SUPER simple here :)
