1 cup Butter
1 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup Sugar
2/3 cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 cups Flour
1 cup Oats
2 tsp Baking Soa
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 cup EACH milk chocolate, semi-sweet, peanut butter, butterscotch & white Chocolate Chips

In a mixing bowl, cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in chips. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 1 minute before removing to wire racks.

A 1/3 cup of EACH of the 5 different kinds of chocolate chips seems like A LOT - and it is...but trust me, the measurement is correct. These are my favorite kind of cookies....amazingly soft & chewy - and A LOT of chocolate chips ;)
