Preheat oven to 325 and stir together:
4 tbsp Vinegar
1 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
4 tbsp Soya Sauce
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Lay boneless skinless chicken breasts in lightly oiled baking dish. Cover and bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle sauce over chicken. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Serve over steamed rice.

Just made this one for supper and it was delicious AND easy! It reminded me a lot of a really simple chicken wing recipe that my mom gave me. I'll have to share it sometime!

I'm glad you liked this one Jamie! I don't even know what the real recipe is called....I've been referring to it as Mom's Yummy Chicken for a looonnnnng time already - and there is a reason for that!!
