⅔ cup Water
Beef Shanks
⅔ cup Beef Soup Base
3 tbspt Salt
1 cup Dill
2 tsp Parsley
1 can Tomatoes
1 can Tomato Soup
2 Celery Stalks, chopped
3 chopped Onions
3-4 cups Cabbage, chopped
½ cup Ketchup

Bring to a boil then let cook till vegetables are soft.
