1/2 a bag of frozen cubed Hashbrowns
1 can Mushroom Soup
3/4 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup chopped Onions
1 cup shredded Cheese
1 can Creamed Corn
Salt & Pepper

Mix all the ingredients together and bake for approx 1 hour @ 350. I usually serve it with baked sausage, chicken fingers, or fish.

very good recipe! it was supper easy to put together and i really think it can be a side to any meal.

Thanks Tracy! It is a great side to any mean and supper quick too, sometimes I even throw it all in to the slow cooker.
