1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
1 pkg Taco Seasoning
1 can Refried Beans
10 Tortilla Shells
1 can Mushroom Soup
1 tin Green Chillies
1 cup Sour Cream

Fry ground beef with onions, drain. Add taco seasoning & can of refried beans and mix together well. Scoop mixture into tortilla shells (about 3 heaping scoops per shell) and roll up like a burrito. Put into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Mix together the mushroom soup, green chillies & sour cream. Pour mixture over roll-ups. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake covered @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is golden brown. Serve with salsa, sour cream, lettuce & tortilla chips.

This recipe is a HUGE family favorite...and it is so easy to make. The BEST part is, I can make a whole recipe and put it into 3 seperate dishes - eat one for supper that day and freeze the other 2 for suppers later on. 3 meals for the work of 1!

Thanks Jamie! I'll be waiting for your favorties!!

Raquel - Just over a month?!?! Aren't you excited? ;) Seriously though, I think you are going to enjoy making meals. Especially at the beginning anyway...the excitment kind of dwindles after a while and then you end up having toast & pizza pops & cereal as back up. ha ha.

can there be a substitute for green chilies?

Dianna - I'm sure you could just omit the green chilies if you don't want to include them. They do add a lot of tasty flavor though!!
