1 10 oz package fresh spinach, trimmed
¾ cup dried cranberries
2 green onions, chopped
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp dried minced onion
¾ tsp poppy seeds
1/8 tsp paprika
3 Tbsp vinegar
¼ cup oil
¾ cup sliced almonds, toasted

Toss spinach, cranberries and green onions. In a small bowl, combine sugar, onion, poppy seeds and paprika; whisk the vinegar and oil and add. Drizzle over salad. Sprinkle almonds and toss to coat.

this salad was very easy to whip together, and seemed so fresh. my husband had to even stated about himself "this must be one good green salad because i am now taking thirds".

Trace, I'm glad you enjoyed this salad! I love it too...and it's a fun one to bring to family gatherings. Very funny that Shannon was going for thirds...it'll do that to ya ;)
