3/4 cup Brown Sugar
3/4 cup Ground Flax Seed
5 ripe Bananas, mashed
1/4 cup Skim Milk
1/4 cup Low-Fat Sour Cream
1 Egg White
2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt

Preheat the oven to 350. Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan. In a medium bowl, mix together the sugar, flax, bananas, milk, sour cream and egg whites until well blended. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; stir into the banana mixture until moistened. Spoon into prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the crown of the loaf comes out clean.

1hr & 10 min seems like a long time to bake this, but it really needs it! I took mine out 20 min early, and it wasn't quite baked all the way through. Next time! And I will for SURE make this again, so yummy...and my kids loved it!

Amber, this recipe sounds really good! I love how healthy it sounds. I will definitely be trying it. Do you by any chance have the nutritional information for it?
