1/3 cup Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup Sour Cream
Real Bacon Bits
1/4 - 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Green Onions, chopped

Blend cream cheese & sour cream together and then add bacon bits, cheddar cheese and green onions. Remove stems of med-large mushrooms and stuff caps. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.

Filling can be made ahead of time & refridgerated...then the mushrooms are quick & easy to fill when it's time to make them.

Mmmmm, I have made these before -- I added some canned crab and then they tasted similar to Red Lobster's Lobster stuffed mushrooms -- Yummy!
