Dough:
2 pkg Active Dry Yeast
1 cup warm Water
2/3 cup Sugar plus 1 tsp Sugar
1 cup warm Milk
2/3 cup Butter
2 tsp Salt
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
7-8 cups Flour

In a small bowl mix warm water, yeast & 1 tsp sugar and set aside. In a large bowl mix milk, remaining 2/3 cup sugar, melted butter, eggs and salt. Stir well and add to yeast mix. Add 1/2 of flour (3 1/2 - 4 cups) and beat well. Stir in enough of the remaining flour until dough is slightly stiff (dough will be sticky). Turn out onto well floured board, knead 5-10 min. Place in a buttered glass. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk (approx 1 1/2 - 2 hrs). When doubled, punch down and let rest 5 min. Roll out on floured surface.

Filling:
1 cup melted Butter, divided - 2 sticks
1 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, divided
3 tbsp ground Cinnamon

Spread dough with 1/2 cup melted butter. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over buttered dough. Roll up jelly style and pinch together to seal. Cut into 12-15 pieces. Coat bottom of 13x19'' pan with rest of butter, then sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar. Place close together in pan. Let rise in warm place until double in size (approx 45min). Heat oven to 350 and bake for 25-30 min. Cool rolls slightly when done.

Glaze:
2/3 cup melted Butter
4 cups Powdered Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla
4-8 tbsp hot Water

Mix butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Add hot water 1 tbsp at a time until glaze is desired consistency. Spread over rolls.
