MARINADE
½ cup Water
1/3 Soy Sauce
¼ cup Cooking Oil
3 tbsp Lemon & Pepper seasoning
2 gloves Garlic, minced

6 Pork Chops

Marinade: In deep bowl combine water, soy sauce, cooking oil, Lemon pepper & garlic. Stir well. (I like more marinade, so I double the recipe.)

Place fat-free meat into marinade. Marinate for at least 45 minutes. Cook on greased grill (barbecue) over medium heat for about 25 minutes total time. Turn & baste during cooking time. Makes 6 servings.

I made these last week, and they are so good! I have a real gift at always messing up pork chops. Seriously, my husband dreads when I try to make them because I always botch it somehow! But these were fantastic! Great flavor and I didn't even overcook them!
