This is my mother-in-law's recipe and is honestly the best spaghetti sauce ever!

1 lb Ground Beef
1 Onion, chopped
2-3 stalks Celery
2-3 cloves chopped Garlic or 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 jar Spaghetti Sauce (plastic/glass bottle type, not canned)
1 can chopped or stewed Tomatoes
1-2 tsp Italian Seasoning (start with 1 tsp, then add more to taste)
1-2 tsp Basil (start with 1 tsp, then add more to taste)
1-2 tsp Oregano (start with 1 tsp, then add more to taste)
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1-2 tsp Spicy Pepper Medley (start with 1 tsp, then add more to taste)
2 tbsp Salsa*

*if you have no salsa, add 1 tbsp green relish or 2 tbsp chili sauce - you may omit this altogether if you have none, it just adds that extra zip

Brown meat, onions and celery. Add spices, cook for a few minutes. Add spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and rest of ingredients. Simmer for several hours (the longer it simmers the tastier it gets!).
