BROWNIES:
1 1/2 cups Butter, melted
3 cups White Sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
6 Eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose Flour
1 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch pan. In a large bowl, blend melted butter, sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Gradually blend into egg mixture. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from the sides of the pan. Let cool before adding frosting.

FROSTING:
(NOTE: This isn't a very sweet frosting, but the brownies are super sweet so the contrast is heavenly!)
2 (8 ounce) packages Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup Butter, softened
2 - 4 cups (depending on your sweet tooth) sifted Confectioners Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla

In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter until creamy. Mix in the vanilla then gradually stir in the sugar until well blended. Store in fridge after use.(If you want chocolate frosting toss in some of the left over cocoa from the brownies!)
