1/2 cup Margarine, softened
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup White Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 cup Flour
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt

Cream together first 6 ingredients. Gradually add next three ingredients. Chill dough for one hour. Once chilled, make into 1" balls. Place into lightly greased mini muffin pans. Bake at 325' for 10-16 minutes. DON'T over bake. Once baked, take mellon baller and make dents in dough. Cool for 5 minutes in pan.

Filling:
1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
1 cup Semisweet Choc Chips
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tsp Vanilla

Melt chocolate chips. Add milk and vanilla until well blended. You may have to heat up a bit more. It works the best to put it into a baggy and cut of the tip to put into the wells. Sprinkle with crushed nuts if desired.

I never thought of putting sprinkles on them. That is a great idea!
