2 1/4 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Butter, softened
3/4 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg White Chocolate Morsels (do not substitute)
1 cup Macadamia Nuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla; beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; mix well. Stir in the white chocolate morsels and the macadamia nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 minutes.

i found it funny that it says 'do not substitute' after the white chocolate. you'd have to be crazy to even think about substituting that!!

LOL. Sorry, I didn't even notice that it went in there like that - I just copied and pasted. I substituted with white chocolate chips and the cookies still were yummy!
