1 can (540ml) Stewed Tomatoes, undrained
1 pkg (120g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1-1/2 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tsp dried Basil Leaves
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 400F. Place tomatoes in medium bowl. Add stuffing mix and garlic; stir just until stuffing mix is moistened. Set aside. Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with basil and cheese. Top with stuffing mixture. Bake 30 min. or until chicken is cooked through.

So glad you enjoyed it! It is so simple isn't it? A huge bonus that it's delicious as well. I'm not sure what I all have up my sleeve in the area of recipes because I love trying new ones, I hardly double up on the old ones. I love cooking, and I am actually beginning to enjoy it a little more than baking, only because it is a slight more of a challenge, and I LOVE food, especially food that has some zip to it. I'll be thinking of what to submit next. Oh, and, if you ever check my blog anymore, you should try me again, there just MIGHT be an update one of these days. no jokes.

I clicked on the link for your site on Jobina's site yesterday and thought that this recipe would make a yummy supper and I had all the ingredients! It was delicious! I'm planning to get more ingredients to try more recipes on this site! What a great idea! Thank you!

i made this recipe the other night, when i was stumped but knew i had chicken to use. i also added some chopped celery, carrots and mushrooms to the bottom of the pan. a really tasty meal.
