This is a low fat - easy dinner.

4 boneless skinless Chicken Breasts
Salt and Pepper
Garlic Salt
1 cup Ketchup
1 cup Diet Coke
splash Worcestershire Sauce
splash Steak Sauce

Salt and pepper chicken and place in crock pot - sprinkle with garlic salt - add remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours. Shred chicken and either serve or let sit a little longer. Serve on whole wheat buns. Yummy!

ok - i made this & it was sooo good!
i replaced the coke with PEPSI of course...haha...
and i also threw in some cheese slices to add some cheeziness & also a spoonful of sour cream...so there goes the healthy...
but it was soooo yummy.
