1 lb Ground Beef
4 cups fresh Vegetables, cut up as desired
(I use broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, onions, peppers & carrots)
2 pkgs Beef-flavored Ramen Noodle Soup

Brown ground beef and rinse with hot water in a sieve to remove the fat. Pour into a dish and add one seasoning packet from the noodles and set aside. Stir-fry the vegetables till tender-crisp. Cover the noodles with water and hear till they are the desired tenderness. Drain water. Mix stir-fried veggies and noodles together and add the second seasoning package. Add meat and heat through.
