1 tin Tomato Soup
2-3 cups mozza cheese, shredded
250g Pepperoni
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1 small Onion, finely chopped
1/2 pkg Bacon, fried & chopped

Chop up pepperoni and fry pepperoni, pepper & onions until cooked. Mix soup, cheese, bacon & pepperoni mixture and stir over heat until melted together. Around a camp fire, butter 2 slices of bread and spoon 2 tbsp of mixture between the slices. Cook pie iron over the flame until bread is lightly browned. Leftover pizza mix freezes well and can also be used as topping for pizza buns.

This is our FAVORITE meal when we go camping or to the lake. When I am in a hurry, I sometimes cheat and buy that Maple Leaf "Ready Cooked" bacon and just cut up those fully cooked strips of bacon and throw them into the mixture at the end.

We always finish off with dessert pie irons. We put cherry (or apple, or blueberry!) pie filling between the 2 slices of bread. YUM! Makes me want to go camping!!!
