1 Pie Shell, or Quiche Shell (prebake the shell)
1-2 cups Farmer Sausage, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup canned Mushroom Slices
1/4 cup chopped Green Pepper
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Parsley
1/2 tsp Basil
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Flour
1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Milk
2 Eggs

Combine sausage (farmer sausage is already smoked, you will have to brown any uncooked sausage first), green pepper, mushrooms, onion powder, parsely, basil, garlic powder, salt and flour. Mix well. Spoon into baked pie/quiche shell and top with grated cheese. Combine milk and eggs, beating just until foamy. Pour over cheese, and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 325 degree oven for 50-60 minutes, or until cheese is lightly browned and quiche is set.

This is AWESOME!! I was thinking of starting something like it awhile ago but never got it going! I get so bored of the same old all the time! I'll be back!

It was fantastic! I sauted all the veggies together with the sausage and combined it with everything else. Then I just put that whole mess in a pie shell and baked it. Yum!!!
