1 tin Tomato Soup
2-3 cups mozza cheese, shredded
250g Pepperoni
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1 small Onion, finely chopped
1/2 pkg Bacon, fried & chopped

Chop up pepperoni and fry pepperoni, pepper & onions until cooked. Mix soup, cheese, bacon & pepperoni mixture and stir over heat until melted together. Around a camp fire, butter 2 slices of bread and spoon 2 tbsp of mixture between the slices. Cook pie iron over the flame until bread is lightly browned. 2-3 stalks Celery
2-3 cloves chopped Garlic or 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 jar Spaghetti Sauce (plastic/glass bottle type, not canned)
1 can chopped or stewed Tomatoes

1-2 tsp Oregano (start with 1 tsp, then add more to taste)
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1-2 tsp Spicy Pepper Medley (start with 1 tsp, then add more to taste)
2 tbsp Salsa*

*if you have no salsa, add 1 tbsp green relish or 2 tbsp chili sauce - you may omit this altogether if you have none, it just adds that extra zip

Brown meat, onions and celery. Add spices, cook for a few minutes. Add spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and rest of ingredients. Simmer for several hours (the longer it simmers the tastier it gets!).

(*Every time I used to try to make bicuits they turned out rock hard - until I tried this recipe. It's fool proof!)

2 cups Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Milk
4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 cups cold Butter

In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Stir in cheese. Pour in milk - stir with a fork until a soft, sticky dough forms. Turn out dough onto a floured surface and shape into a 3/4 inch thick square. Cut into 2 inch squares and place - touching each other - onto an ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle tops with cheese. Bake for 12- 15 minutes or until golden.
